Who would be interested in starting monthly themed swap parties? Or is there already something like this going on in ATX? Just checking around with the people I know, there is definite interest but there needs to be a lot of participation for it to really work. If anyone's interested, hit me up!
I'm relocating to ATX permanently from San Francisco and we participated in the regular swap parties and events here in Sf through swapsf. It was always a fun time with lots of music, mayhem free goodies an great people.

Let me know and we'll start it up.
