    <summary type="html">Its perfect for a college apartment.   The pseudo-leather vinyl upholstery has seen much better days so this couch needs the cover that comes with.  If I can find the other cover I have for it, I'll throw that in too.  &#xD;
&#xD;
The fold-out bed is still in good working order and the mattress is in good shape. &#xD;
&#xD;
