Please share your experiences giving/receiving on freecycle...
I got a fax machine, crockpot and table base (which I plan on making a mosaic top for...when I've studied up on how to - any experienced folks with tips/suggestions?) and it's been a pleasure to give away a few items...it's just amazing how happy people are to take something you really didn't know anyone would have a use for. There are things I didn't even know if I should bother to list, but someone else was willing to drive all the way to Pflugerville to put them to use! Hurray! Freecycle on...it's a good thing!

I like the freecycling concept. Kudos to the folks running the program. I avoided the list for a while when it was inundated with opinions about freecycling animals and guns. Maybe now it's time to give it another try.
